Wet Berth Rates

Terms & Conditions:
• Boats are measured by length overall (including bowsprit, pulpit, swim platform, davis etc)
• Berthing charges are based on berth length or length of boat, whichever is the longer.
• Maintainance fee is included and calculated at S$6 per foot on whichever longer basis.
• Water and electricity are charged according to metered usage at each wet berth.
• Multi-hulls are charged at 1.5 times the berthing rates for berth alongside and 2 times if berth a stern side.
• Rates are subject to prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST) and changes without prior notice.
Note: A special discount package is available for visiting yachts measuring 80 feet and above, applicable with an extended period of stay. Kindly contact our marina office for booking.

Dry Berth Rate from $450 to $1000 per month before GST
Jetski storage rate - $227 per month before GST

Utility Pricing

Electricity: $0.50* per kWh
Water: $6.66* per CuM
*subject to prevailing GST

NOTES ON WET BERTHS

  • Water and electricity are charged according to metered usage at each wet berth.
  • Multi-hulls are charged at 1.5 times the berthing rates for berth alongside and 2 times if berth a stern side.
  • Rates are subject to prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST) and changes without prior notice.
  • For visiting crafts, the minimum stay periods are as follows:
    - 70 to 90 footer: ONE month and above
    - 100 to 300 footer: TWO weeks and above

    • PAYMENT TERMS

    • Reservation deposit upon signing reservation form - 2 months deposit.
    • Monthly berthing is payable on a monthly basis in advance.
