Introduction
The race is organised and conducted by Republic of Singapore Yacht Club (RSYC) under the auspices of the Singapore Sailing Federation (SSF).
Eligibility
The event is open to all sailors in the Singapore Sailing Federation Optimist Silver Fleet or racing in their first event after obtaining the Opti-Racer certification.
