RSYC offers members and guests a wide variety of sea sport activities that cater to both the novice and the experienced enthusiast. With courses in boating, powerboat operations and sailing for both adults and children, the club also organises regular boating, fishing and sailing trips for members.

Powered Pleasure Craft Driving License Course (PPCDL)

To experience the freedom of driving your own powerboat or jet ski, sign up for the Powered Pleasure Craft Driving Licence (PPCDL) course and obtain your licence.

The Powered Pleasure Craft Driving Licence (PPCDL) is required for driving a motor / engine powered or jet-propelled pleasure craft (with SZ or SZH licence prefixes) within Singapore port limits.

A minimum of two courses are offered each month. Each course is a 3-day course, comprising of theory and practical lessons.

If you are 16 years of age and above, JOIN US for this course.

PPCDL REFRESHER LESSON
Participants who wish to have additional practical lessons prior to their test may register for a 1-to-1 refresher lesson with the instructor.

PRICE: $130+ for 1 hour, $250+ for 2 consecutive hours.
Booking must be made minimum 1 week in advance

Theory Session (2 days): 9am to 5pm
Practical Session (1 Day): 8.30am onwards

Venue

RSYC Sea Sports Academy Room. Participants will be informed of any change of the training room or venue prior to commencement of course.

PPCDL Course Fees

$367.20 for Non-RSYC Members
$324.00 for Full time Students
$302.40 for RSYC Members
(inclusive of 8% GST)

Notes on PPCDL Course 

* Full payment is required before course date to secure seat.

• A minimum of 10 sign-ups is required to commence the course

• The PPCDL attendance certificate will be issued to participants that have completed the course.

• There is strictly no refund for participants who do not turn up for the course after a class confirmation email is sent.

• Withdrawals must be in writing / email and submitted five days before the commencement date.
