MAIN OPERATIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Food and Beverage services to our Members consistent with the Club standards
- Collect all general requisitions and food and beverage requisitions as required by Outlet Manager.
- Prepare all mise en place for Restaurant Service according requirements of daily forecast.
- Assist in preparation of table plans and lay out
- Prepare all operating equipment for service
- All condiments, sauces and accompaniments
- Preparation of table and buffet set up
- Assist in seating Members and Guests. Serve Food and Beverages according to Member’s order.
- Serve ice water, receive, write, place, pick up and serve Food and Beverage orders.
Any other duties as assigned by the Management
